The concept/layout is well executed and the overall presentation/navigation is smooth and uncomplicated.
The addition of tool tips is always necessary when it's not always obvious how the navigation works and you implemented it well
I love the lighting but IMO being able to "turn it off" is unnecessary and only adds to the file size. Same with the "Enter" page which is cool but but you could just have preloader and fade into the full page without the enter. The lighting on the couch could be increased slightly.
Main image transitions are nice and it looks like Jumpeye component transitions which is fine but keep in mind that components also typically add 20-50kb each and a lot of the same effect can be easily coded just using Flash.
Phone for contact is fine and the guest book looks great. Not sure how a purse fits in for "about me" but that can be replaced with anything really. The photographer sitting there could be pretty cool
Overall it's very professional and you should be able to get a decent price for this template
